How does it work?
You don’t need to have experience in Yoga or on a surf board but must know how to swim!
1. We create small teams up to 8 people.
Yes! You can arrange group bookings with your friends or with your family ages 18 and up!
2. Our instructors will introduce you to Paddle Board Yoga
You will be able to balance and feel comfortable on your board after the first 10 minutes.
3. Feel calm and balanced. All you have to do is to ENJOY & HAVE FUN!
What is SUP 501?
Your mat is a stand up paddle board; the world is your studio and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, and water. Enjoy learning while adapting to the motion of the board, the continuous challenge to balance, the instant instability created by minor energy and weight shifts, and the focus required to stay grounded while afloat. On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride!
