What is SUP 501?
Your mat is a stand up paddle board; the world is your studio and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, and water. Enjoy learning while adapting to the motion of the board, the continuous challenge to balance, the instant instability created by minor energy and weight shifts, and the focus required to stay grounded while afloat. On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride!
About the owner:
Jo Ann Camp, graduated from UALR with a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. Jo Ann began her yoga journey in 2005 and is a 500E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance. She is also certified in Kids Yoga, SUP Yoga, Pilates, Spin, and Personal Training. Being outside and on the water is her perfect studio and combining it with yoga, there is nothing better. With a refreshing crash pad of water, falls become so much more fun.
